Physical Therapist

Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist

Champions Performance Specialist

I graduated from The University of Rhode Island in 2015 focusing my studies towards a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science. In May of 2020, I graduated from the CUNY College of Staten Island with my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

After my schooling was complete,  I continued to find ways for helping my patients achieve better outcomes with a C-PS; Champions Performance Specialist Certification which has enhanced my ability to assesses the missing links of functional movement patterns  and break them down to optimize and enhance sports performance, injury prevention, and recovery.

Playing sports and being active has been an integral part of my life, always wanting to push myself to greater limits and achieve things I did not think was possible or even capable of completing. Just as I seek optimal outcomes for myself,  I have a passion for helping all individuals whether they are a weekend warrior, a competitive athlete, or a grandparent/parent simply wanting to recreationally play with their family.  In order to provide greater care for the communities I live and work in, I went on to obtain my OCS becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist; my second board certification. As an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, I provide advanced clinical and research driven expertise in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation to optimize movement patterns, regain strength, and return to the activities they love.

My approach to rehab encompasses a personalized treatment plan to address your pain, educate you on your diagnosis, provide corrective and adaptive exercises in combination with manual techniques, to help restore your  impairments. Most importantly, I look to empower my patients for achieving their specific goals by working together both inside and outside of the clinic to make the most effective use of our time. I say this often,  “We are what we do the most repeatedly and how we move is an expression of who we are”. It is important to me to not only help you get out of pain and back to doing what you love but to give you the tools and knowledge to hopefully never have the need to come back to my clinic aside for a friendly hello.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family, visiting new towns/cities, running, snowboarding, pickleball, and exploring the world of bourbon and craft beer, appreciating its rich history and craftsmanship. With a holistic approach to health and wellness, I  believe that balance in work, family, and recreation is key to long-term well-being and success, both for themselves and their patients.
